    What is Paige's Pastime?? The Webster Dictionary defines pastime as "an activity that you enjoy doing during your free time; something that amuses and serves to make time pass agreeably"....and so it started out that way. But doing something in my FREE time eventually turned into an

    We will not be responsible if you enter the monogram information in the incorrect order or misspell a name, so be SURE your spelling is correct! We will monogram the item exactly how you enter it on your order. Please double check your order to ensure all information is correct!

    When entering a monogram, please list it in the order of first name/LAST NAME/middle name.  Example....Mary Jane Smith would be typed mSj.

    Can I see a proof of how my monogram or name will look? top

    You certainly can!  But you'll need to let us know that you WANT to see a proof.  Otherwise, we will stitch it out as you have it listed.  But....if we create a monogram and it looks a little "weird", we will contact you and let you see how it will actually look.  We don't want customers to be surprised when their order arrives!

    Will My Item Look Exactly Like It Is Shown In The Listing? top

    All items are handmade to order, and we do our best to make each item exactly as pictured. But sometimes we have to make a fabric substitution (with applique). Additionally, if a fabric becomes unavailable we have the right to substitute the fabric accordingly.

    How soon will my order be shipped? top

    Normal turnaround time is 5-7 business days for most items; but during our busy season and holidays, it could take as long as 10-14 business days.  If you need your order sooner, please contact us and let us know.  

    How Will My Order Be Shipped? top

    USPS is the preferred shipping method. You will be able to choose your preference of shipping when checking out.

    If you need your item quickly, please upgrade your shipping accordingly. Priority & Express Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. If you need to upgrade after you have already placed an order, please send us a message immediately.

    Tracking information will be available once a shipping label has been generated. Please understand we are not responsible if your order is delayed by the postal service. The USPS delivery date is only an estimate and we can only guarantee the shipment date. No refunds will be issued for items delayed, lost or damaged by USPS.

    What If I Need To Put A Rush On My Order? top

    Items needed before our current processing time require RUSH service, which will be an additional fee.  Why an extra fee?  Rush service & priority shipping are 2 different services. Certain times of the year we are extremely busy, and our turnaround can sometimes be longer than you can wait... so we offer RUSH service to customers that need an item quickly. Rush service bumps your order to the top of production, and speeds up the production time for us to actually make your item.

    Priority shipping is a shipping you can select for faster delivery by USPS. USPS standard shipping is First Class and typically takes 2-5 days, whereas Priority shipping typically takes 1-3 days for delivery. Please keep in mind once we ship an item, it is out of our control as we can only guarantee the ship date of an item.

    Do You Offer Cancellations or Refunds? top

    I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

    Each and every order is unique, and takes time to complete, not including shipping time. Refunds will not be given for failure to understand our processing time. If you need your order sooner, please utilize our RUSH service which includes expedited processing time and an upgrade to priority shipping.

    Can You Tell Me Where You Purchase Some Of Your Items? top

    In a few words....no, no, NO.  I can appreciate the fact that you might like my garments, jewelry, and home decor, etc...trust me...I have been where you are; feeling like you have searched forever to find a certain item, only to come to a dead end.  However, I have spent countless hours on the computer as well as on the telephone, looking for just the right supplies and wholesalers.  So I hope you understand that I prefer not to disclose my suppliers' names.  It has taken me time and energy and lots of searching, and to give that information away will defeat my item's purpose.  Part of being creative and making things is doing the research and work that goes into the things we make.
